3. Sign up! Choose your spots - VolunteerSpot will send you an automated confirmation and reminders. Easy!

Please choose snacks for the athletes that will give them healthy energy for competition (granola bars, bananas, cereal bars, bagels, peanut butter or cheese cracker packs, apples, grapes, oranges, etc.) and no soda for drinks. Please bring them either the day before or the morning of the meets.
