Coach Benson has been coaching for the Summit Swim and Dive team since 2008. He is currently the head coach of both the boys' and girls' swim and dive teams. Coach Benson graduated from Rockwood Summit in 1998 and, for a long while held the school record in the 200 yard freestyle event. He has the unique distinction of being the first Summit swimmer to qualify for state competition.

Coach Rich has been coaching with the Summit Swim and Dive team since 1994. Over the years, he has served where he is needed and can often be found around the pool deck coaching swimmers and divers alike. Coach Rich is a MSHSAA certified Swim and Dive Official and sometimes officiates meets in his free time. He currently serves as the Assistant Coach for both the boys' and girls' swim and dive teams, working closely with the divers.
