The top times report been updated with the latest times from our Maroon and Black meet including our time trials from earlier in the week. This establishes a baseline, especially for our new swimmers. Our goal is to improve on those times throughout the season.

Schedule for August 15 Boys Swim and Dive
Athlete meeting with Activities Director in the theater at 7:45am. Team Pictures at 8am. Parent meeting with Activities Director in the theater at 8:30am. Parent meeting with Swim and Dive Coaches in the pool area at 9:15am. We will be finalizing our order for team suits and caps tomorrow, Aug 7. Please bring money to cover the cost of the suit/cap. Thank you!

Falcon Performance is a summer weight training program geared for athletes of all sports at Rockwood Summit. This year, coaches will be working to establish workouts for specific types of athletes represented at Summit. Use this opportunity to build muscle and endurance before the season starts!

Diet is a big part of staying healthy and fit. Eating appropriate foods out-of-season is just as important as eating appropriate foods in season. Just remember that these athletes are professional so your diet may not be exactly the same. The high school swim season is over. How will you handle your off-season? Play another sport? Continue swimming? Become a couch potato?
